The 15-minute RSI is only at 49.89 — momentum is weak, so this rally feels more like a dead-cat bounce than a real reversal. ATR on the 1H is 0.003839, so volatility isn't crazy, but that means I shouldn't chase — I'll wait for price to come back into my zone. I've got three targets: 0.3100, 0.3083, and 0.3059.
