You can check the progress of your deposit through the deposit records. For a deposit to be credited, it requires not only network block confirmations but also must reach the platform's required number of confirmations before completion. Please wait patiently.

App

If you want to check the progress of a specific token deposit, you can view it in the deposit records.

  1. In the App, go to the Assets tab and tap Deposit --- tap the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the token selection page --- Deposit Records.

  2. You can view the deposit status of the selected token. Usually, once all required block confirmations are completed, the deposit will be marked as successful.

  1. As there may be a short delay in the results displayed on the OKX platform, if you want to check the real-time deposit status, you can tap the token you want to view, then tap the blockchain transaction ID to check the progress and other details on-chain.

Friendly reminder:

The deposit page will display the "Number of confirmations required for crediting" and the "Number of confirmations required for withdrawal unlocking." When the block confirmations are less than the required number for withdrawal unlocking, the related assets will be temporarily unavailable for withdrawal or C2C selling.

If you want to check the deposit progress of a specific token during the deposit process, you can view it in the deposit records.

  1. On the OKX website homepage, click Assets --- Deposit --- All Deposit Records.

  1. You can view the deposit progress and status of the selected token. Usually, once all required block confirmations are completed, the deposit will be marked as successful.

  2. As there may be a short delay in the results displayed on the OKX platform, if you want to check the real-time deposit status, you can click Details to check the progress and other details on-chain.

  • You can view deposit records from the past 90 days on both the App and the website. If you need to check deposit records older than 90 days, you can download the funds statement from the website. After logging in, click the upper right corner Assets - Order Center - Funds Statement, then click the Download button on the right, select your account and time period, and click download. You can download records for the past 6 months, past 1 year, or a custom time period, with data available as early as February 2021.
