$SPCX is telling two very different stories.

It deployed 20 satellites, restarted an engine in space, and made its smoothest splashdown so far.
But $SPCX still hit a new all-time low.
The problem isn't the company.
Only about 4% of shares were available after the IPO, and a lockup unlock is coming in two weeks.
