Intesa Sanpaolo sharply reduced its IBIT exposure in Q2, cutting shares by 93.7% and lowering call-option exposure from a 2.50M share equivalent to 18K. It also added put exposure equivalent to 500K shares. At the same time, its position in BlackRock's staked spot ETH ETF nearly tripled to 349,600 shares.
