Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

Invite friends to register an OKX account using your exclusive referral code. When your referees complete the specified trading volume within 90 days of registration, you will have the opportunity to receive multiple rewards. Note: Each referrer can receive referral rewards up to 9 times in total for life.

How to earn rewards:

Web:

1. Log in to your account on the official website, click [More] and go to the Invite Friends page.
2. Share your invitation link or referral code to encourage your friends to create an account and start trading.

1. Open the App and log in to your account, tap the [Full Features] icon in the upper left corner - [Invite Friends].
2. Share your invitation link or referral code as shown on the page to encourage your friends to create an account and start trading.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This campaign is available to users under the UAE entity. Both the referrer and the referee must be users under the UAE entity to participate.
2. Rewards must be claimed within 30 days of receipt. Referrers can claim rewards on the referral page.
3. You can track your rewards and earnings on the [Invite Friends] page in the OKX App.
4. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this campaign, nor can they receive rewards or participate as referees.
5. Please note that due to market fluctuations, the value of rewards may change. The price of digital assets, including stablecoins, may fluctuate at any time, which may cause the value of your assets to fluctuate accordingly.
6. OKX reserves the right to review and control fraudulent activities (including but not limited to fake registrations or identity verifications).
7. Due to system issues or special circumstances, the distribution of rewards may be delayed. If you do not receive your reward within 48 hours after your friend completes the trading requirements, please contact customer support.
8. OKX reserves the right to suspend, freeze, and/or ban user accounts and assets in accordance with applicable laws and OKX Terms of Service.
9. Please note that rewards and their requirements may change during the campaign. The maximum reward amount does not guarantee eligibility or entitlement to receive rewards.
10. OKX reserves the right to terminate or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
